Our soundproof canopy not only meets with the sound control requirement. It ensures cooling aeration required for optimal operation. These sets could be installed in open air to save space. The soundproof container is of modern design, compact and easy to install and remove. The high-tech design ensures each detail to be data exact and allows for super durability.

Adopt assembly instruction, which is facilitated to maintain special high-temperature flame-retardant sound insulation sponge. Slap-up hinge and door handle.
Steel Plate of the soundproof canopy is made 2mm thick.
Soundproof cotton is 30mm thick on each side.
Noise Level: 75~78dB within 1m; 72~74dB within 7m.
The muffler is installed inside the soundproof canopy.
The control unit can be installed at the front or side to meet your needs.

Auto Transfer Switch (ATS)
The ATS makes for easy change over from grid to standby power. An ATS mainly applies to a standby power plant. When the power grid fails, the ATS auto engages the set in seconds and continues to supply power. The ATS regulate the load to need ratio. When the grid power is restored, the controller stops the generator. Please note, this product is highly automated, its installation and debugging is complicated. Maintenance should be done by a professional.
The ATS has a built in trickle charger. This is done for the battery to be fully charged when the generator need to start up. The ATS must be sized correctly for the generator set. This is to make sure that, when the grid power is on, the ATS unit can accommodate the high power in range. This protects the ATS from overheating.

The least costly and easiest of the two types of transfer switches. It has a three position rotating switch. Mains On, All Off, Standby On. Manual change over switches requires you to be on the site to start and shut down the generator and operate the switch. GSM Modem
The genset can be started or stopped by a SMS to the generator from around the globe. The GSM modem directly connects to your genset controller, which in turn is powered by the battery when genset is in auto mode. Up to 41 different alarm signals to be sent directly to up to 5 predetermined phone numbers. USB interface with control unit allows for easy setup.
